Residents are accusing their members of parliament David Mutebi and Judith Babirye of keeping quiet when they are being evicted from their land by Kibuule.
Kibuule supported a lot Mutebi current Member of Parliament to oust Lulume since then Kibuule embarked his efforts to evict bibanja holders and no single voice came out from Mutebi to negotiate for the poor people who are being terrorized by that minister.
